DESCRIPTION:An annual tradition in Tampa Bay since 2014\, this year’s Tampa event – The Lotus Gala – is a celebration of resilience\, compassion\, and community benefiting Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation. The Lotus Gala draws its name from the lotus flower\, a powerful symbol of strength\, resilience\, and compassion. Rooted in muddy waters\, the lotus flower pushes toward the surface to bloom\, just like many cancer patients who\, despite overwhelming financial burdens\, rise with support. \n\nAt the heart of The Lotus Gala is our mission to provide essential non-medical financial support to cancer patients in need so they can focus on healing – not hardship. Cancer impacts people from all backgrounds\, and we’re committed to walking alongside every patient with compassion and care that honors their unique journey. \n\nThe Lotus Gala is a tribute to the strength of the human spirit and a chance to make a lasting impact. \n\nThe evening will include dinner\, beverages\, live and silent auctions\, and entertainment by Awaaz Entertainment featuring a DJ\, Bhangra performance\, and live Dhol drummer. \n
