Grand Opening – Zero Empty Spaces Arts Studios
Tyrone Mall, St. Pete

Here’s an innovative concept – taking mall space and turning it into a multi- studio cooperative for artists. With studio space at a premium and rents rising rapidly, it’s a cost-effective solution for the arts community that also increases occupation rates for unleased mall space. – a win/win all around.  Now that this idea has been brought to fruition in our area (the company develops this model around the country), the opening reception and ribbon cutting will take place in the Dillards wing of Tyrone Mall. Tour the studios, meet the resident artists, and enjoy refreshments and light bites.
