Billy Harvard, Southern Roots Realty
Billy Harvard is a St. Petersburg native and Realtor with more than a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate. A graduate of the University of Florida and Florida Coastal School of Law, Billy brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a relationship-first approach to his real estate career.
Billy believes that successful real estate is about much more than buying and selling property, it’s about earning trust, communicating well, and being there for his clients every step of the way. He takes pride in working hard for his clients, solving problems when they arise, and doing whatever he can to help get a transaction across the finish line.
Outside of real estate, Billy is a husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family, following the Florida Gators and Tampa Bay sports, and playing golf and tennis when he gets the chance. With deep roots in St. Petersburg, he is proud to live, work, and raise his family in the community he has always called home.
