TESA exhibits fine artists from Tampa Bay in venues throughout the area.TESA is a member-driven professional nonprofit, 501 C3 organization whose purpose is to promote community awareness of and interest in all art forms. A membership in TESA provides individual artists opportunities to exhibit with other artists and helps them to gain the knowledge required to promote themselves in the arts community. There is a $5 entry fee to attend the presale night only.Local residents and visitors look forward to the huge rummage sale which has been held annually inside the historic garden club building in Belleair for the past 30 years,.
