Art Harvest is a yearly tradition for the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin. It began as a small sidewalk craft show. Today it is the largest juried fine arts show in the Tampa Bay area. Over hundreds of artists convene in Dunedin each year to show and sell their one-of-a-kind art. They compete for $10,000 in prize money. It is now in its 60th year! The Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin’s Art Harvest is the primary funding source for our mission of training women to be leaders in our community and community outreach. The League’s current focus is chronic hunger and literacy in North Pinellas County. We supply children at various elementary schools in Pinellas County nutritious food for the weekends, clothing, shoes and hygiene products. We give out scholarships to graduating seniors and have given out over $100,000 over the years.
The Art Deco movement was birthed from a time of artistic experimentation and was defined by numerous movements in modern art, representing the same artistic experimentation and boldness which led to the beginnings of a 2,000 square foot art center that has since grown to nearly 50,000 square feet of facilities serving over 80,000 visitors annually. This event is a celebration of all of those who have come through our doors over the last five decades and will include a seated dinner, libations, live entertainment, dancing, and more!

The highlight of the afternoon will be the paddle raise, where attendees can directly contribute to bringing future dreams to life. With over 170 children currently awaiting their dream-come-true, the Children’s Dream Fund relies on community support through events like the Dreammaker Luncheon to provide hope and joy to these children and their families. The Children’s Dream Fund is one of the oldest and most active independent wish-granting organizations in the United States. Serving children ages 3-21, the organization remains committed to making dreams a reality and creating lasting memories for those who need them most.
More than just a fundraising walk, the American Cancer Society Relay For Life brings together passionate supporters who embody the American Cancer Society vision to end cancer as we know it, for everyone. This volunteer-led experience unites communities to celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost to cancer, and raise funds to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer. Although each Relay For Life event embraces the uniqueness of the home community, every event does have the same four signature elements: a celebration of cancer survivors, a celebration of caregivers, a luminaria ceremony to honor and remember loved ones, and the opportunity to fight back against cancer.
