University of Miami Sophomore and preseason All-American, Scarlett Schremmer, who captured two individual titles in Miami’s first three events of 2026-2027 season will make her LPGA Tour debut at The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Fl. The ANNIKA takes place Nov. 11-15.
The Birmingham, Alabama native was a three-time Rolex Junior All-American (2023-2025), a member of the 2024 United States Junior Solheim Cup Team and a two-time participant at the Augusta National Women’s Amateur. Her mother, Patricia Ehrhart, a former LPGA Tour professional, was the season-long money winner on the 1996 Duramed Futures Tour (now Epson Tour).
“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to compete against the best players in the world on the LPGA at The Annika at Pelican in November,” said Schremmer. “Thank you to Pelican Golf Club for this unbelievable opportunity. Making my LPGA debut at Annika’s event, someone I’ve looked up to my entire golf career, is very special.”
Schremmer joins the tournament’s first two sponsor invitations, Wake Forest Senior All-American, Macy Pate and Epson Tour winner, Annabelle Pancake-Webb as the tournament’s three sponsor invites for The Annika.
The Annika, Tampa Bay’s annual LPGA Tour event and the penultimate event on the 2026 LPGA Tour schedule is hosted by World Golf and LPGA Hall-of-Fame member Annika Sorenstam. The tournament will offer a $3.25 million purse -one of the largest outside the major championships. The event proceeds will benefit the Annika Foundation.
Tickets are on sale for the Annika online at www.TheANNIKA.com/tickets and via SeatGeek.com. Ticket offerings include premier hospitality and general admission tickets.
Meanwhile, Ruoning Yin won the Buick LPGA in Shanghai.
It was the seventh LPGA tournament win for China’s Yin, who won the Shanghai event in 2024 and a major at the Women’s LPGA Championship in 2023.
The late-season Asian Swing on the LPGA Tour continues in South Korea, where the BMW Ladies Championship will be played at Pine Beach Golf Links in Haenam-gun beginning Thursday. Later tournaments are scheduled in Malaysia and Japan.
World #1 Nelly Korda opted out of the fall Asian swing events—including the Buick LPGA Shanghai. Her next scheduled appearance on the LPGA Tour is The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge at Pelican from November 9 to 15, 2026, at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida.
Enjoy your golf.
