Station House in downtown St. Petersburg, Hyde House in Hyde Park Village and Bay 3 at Armature Works have come together for a joint membership deal that offers the flexibility to work and meet at any of their three locations. Each of these office spaces features a different co-working experience and environment.
Hyde House
If you live in the Hyde Park or South Tampa area, you can get your job done in a 30,000-square-foot gallery-style space with a covered veranda, a member bar and two main event spaces. Hyde House facilities also include a photo studio, test kitchen, lounge area and a TED Talk-style bleacher auditorium.
Best of all, you’ll be able to count on comfortable, socially-distanced seating for an extended period of time, unlike having to score a table at Panera Bread and worrying that you’ll overstay your welcome.
Bay 3
The Bay 3 co-working location is perched atop Armature Works, overlooking the Hillsborough River and close to downtown. It has a cutting-edge contemporary design and AV technology to create an energized workspace for entrepreneurs, freelancers, start-ups and out-of-town business professionals.
The vibe at Bay 3 is reminiscent of a New York City startup, and while this location is smaller than Hyde House at only 11,000 square feet, it boasts an array of working tables, dedicated desks, private offices and conference rooms that are very cozy and welcoming.
Station House
Station House in downtown St. Pete is the oldest co-working space of the three. Developed in a former fire station five years ago, it’s a lobby-style workspace with four floors, a brick backdrop and eclectic décor. With 75 percent of the space set up for co-working areas, there are individual workstations, communal tables, reading chairs, rooftop access and meeting rooms, as well as several private offices.
Bay House Memberships
A Bay House membership offers 24/7 access to each of the three locations, business center amenities, and discounts at nearby retailers and the tea shop on the main floor of Station House.
Flexibility is key; if one location feels a little too busy, you have the option to try the other two. You can also book meetings at any of the spaces, based on the needs of your client.
Hyde House, Bay 3, and Station House all have different amenities to provide for whatever may come up as you build your business. In this challenging time, where so much is uncertain, having a productive space to work, meet clients and collaborate with your team should be one less thing you have to figure out.
