The Radio Theatre Project at Studio@620 is finishing up its 2018-19 season with a show themed “Never Can Say Goodbye!” featuring live radio plays about partings, voluntary and otherwise. But you might also label this edition “Never Saw That Coming!” Unexpected plot twists abound in plays that include a noir take on the Dorian Gray story; a futuristic satire about husbands and wives; an imagined conversation between Louis Armstrong and his first wife (with Bob Devin Jones as Louis); and a comical feminist rant from Captain Marvel with the so-bad-it’s-good title “You’ve Got to Fight for Your Right to Potty.” Per usual, actors perform at mics with live sound effects by Foley master Matt Cowley. [Full disclosure: I’m a member of the RTP company. If you come to the show, say hello!]
