Through your generosity, we were able to raise funds for our learners, while also celebrating a group of true trailblazers with outstanding contributions and remarkable service to our community. Courage, Compassion, Commitment… The LiFT Rise Awards honors individuals and businesses based on their philanthropy in our community. Our honorees are selected based on the below qualities: Honoree must demonstrate Compassion, Courage or Commitment. Depth and breadth of philanthropic impact. Number of awards and honors. Amount of investment in the community, which should be offered in measurable terms (ie. hours, dollars, jobs created, etc.) as they would apply to each category. Event Link

The Skip Cline Society invites you to a Winter Wonderland Volunteer Project with the Little Saint Nick Foundation. Thursday, December 7th from 6-8PM at Crooked Thumb Brewery in Safety Harbor. Bring friends and family to pack gift bags for kids in the hospitals of Morton Plant Mease, make get-well cards for the kids and meet Santa! The goal of the Emergency Department Gift Bag Program is to alleviate the stress and anxiety related to a hospital visit. The gift bags contain a stuffed animal, coloring book, crayons, and a homemade get-well card made by kids, for kids. Complimentary food and drinks. Holiday sweaters/attire suggested.
