Gracie Pasta & Provisions: A great place to graze! (Video)

For dRTB’s video podcast series Tampa Bay Talks, I had the pleasure of speaking this week with the ebullient general manager of Gracie Pasta & Provisions, Julie Stephan, in St. Pete’s EDGE District. It’s the second outpost of Gracie; the first is next door to the mothership, Grace, in Pass-a-Grille. That’s the highly regarded restaurant opened in 2017 by Cleveland transplants Marlin Kaplan and Lisa Masterson, who’ve been expanding their mini-empire with the two Gracie grab-and-go gourmet shops, and — come 2021— a new restaurant called Two Graces in the former site of The Reading Room in West St. Pete.

You’ll find lots to love in Gracie: superb charcuterie, fresh pastas and baguettes from the Grace kitchen, candies, crackers and an array of stocking- and pantry-ready goodies from vendors both local and international. Learn about it all in our interview (and find out who — or what — is Grace).
