On May 22, The Sustany Foundation celebrated the 11th Annual Sustainable Business Awards at a gala evening event at the historic Tampa Theatre. Over 350 guests celebrated local businesses leading the way in sustainability. In addition to applauding the awardees, guests enjoyed a mix-and-mingle reception with farm-to-table fare and a special appearance by Mother Earth as the official Green Carpet host. The entire gala was zero-waste — collecting, recycling and composting everything used.
