Sunday
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Carolina Panthers
Raymond James Stadium
Well fans, it all comes down to this Sunday – week 18 of the NFL season. Remarkably, even though our Bucs have lost 7 of the last eight games, they still have a shot at the playoffs. The Carolina Panthers come to town for a showdown for a Wild Card spot. Of course, Atlanta is still in the mix too, so head to Raymond James to support our Pewter Pirates and see how the drama plays out for the hapless NFC South. Who will win the division?? Who will make the playoffs, and who will go home? All I know is that we’ll have to play a whole lot better to be the victor this Sunday.

#RegistrySpotlight!
120th Annual Epiphany
Sponge Docks, Tarpon Springs
For over a century, the Greek community of Tarpon Springs has celebrated Epiphany – the commemoration of Christ’s Baptism with the ceremonial cross dive.
The day begins with Orthros and Liturgy services at St. Nicholas Cathedral. Following Liturgy, a procession of clergy and faithful winds its way to Spring Bayou. Once there, the Archbishop of America blesses the waters, as throngs of believers descend upon the water’s edge. The Gospel of the day is then read and a white dove is released to signify the descent of the Holy Spirit. Each year, a member of the community, typically a young woman, is chosen to carry the dove in the procession. After the dove is released, the archbishop casts a cross into the bayou and young men dive into the waters. The one diver who retrieves the cross is considered blessed for the entire year.

In Caravaggio’s Light | Baroque Masterpieces from the Fondazione Roberto Longhi
Museum of Fine Arts, DTSP
Like many great stars, Caravaggio is known by just one name. His work—sensual, shocking, audacious, and dramatically lit—is instantly recognizable. This extraordinary exhibition, featuring Old Master paintings from the prestigious and rarely seen collection of the Fondazione Roberto Longhi in Florence, Italy, celebrates the genius of Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio (Italian, 1571–1610) and his profound influence on Baroque art.
This collection of Baroque paintings, assembled by the visionary scholar Roberto Longhi (Italian, 1889–1970), captures the essence of Caravaggio’s legacy and the thrilling artistic revolution he ignited. Longhi’s keen eye and groundbreaking research revived nearly forgotten artists, ensuring that their masterpieces—and the movement they helped shape—continue to captivate us today.

Alberto Giacometti & Salvador Dalí
The Dalí Museum, DTSP
Alberto Giacometti & Salvador Dalí: Through & Beyond Surrealism is a collaboration between The Dalí Museum and Fondation Alberto et Annette Giacometti in Paris; this groundbreaking exhibition marks the first time these two iconic artists have been presented in a comparative setting in the United States.
The exhibition features a rich selection of works by Alberto Giacometti (1901-1966), drawn from the collections of Fondation Giacometti, including paintings, sculptures and archival materials. These are displayed alongside works by Salvador Dalí from The Dalí Museum’s collection. Together, they illuminate the surprising similarities in the artists’ visions, despite their distinct stylistic approaches.
The exhibition includes an interactive digital experience, The Endless Garden, where guests can co-create their own dreamlike landscape alongside fellow visitors. Additionally, the AI-powered Dream Tapestry experience offers the ability to transform a written dream into a one-of-a-kind image in the genre of surrealism.
This special exhibition is included in the price of Gallery Admission.
