Demens Landing, DTSP

Talking teapots and clocks, an emotionally-stunted beast, a determined princess – you know the story. American Stage’s Park show is the Disney classic, Beauty and the Beast. Per tradition, the beast is really a young prince spellbound to appear as a monster due to his shallow ways, and if he and Belle can fall in love, like really in love, he’ll be free. But as most Disney fairy tales go, there’s a time crunch. Sing along with us in the park.

Runs through May 5th

1959 Pink Cadillac is actually two shows in one. The one acts, Lone Star and Laundry and Bourbon are combined with character and plot cross-overs incorporated into the two different story lines. Set in the Viet Nam era, the stories center around a veteran’s return home to Texas and all the relationships that make up his life. It is a comedy, with sweet looks into marriage, brotherly love, and the different world of days gone by.
