Kress Collective: First Annual Open House Exhibition

Since opening last year, the Kress Collective is fast developing a reputation as an important arts hub in Ybor City and beyond. Located in an historic landmark in the heart of Ybor, the Kress Collective is hosting an inaugural three-day celebration of performing, visual, and literary arts that is sure to become a lauded annual tradition. Tampa Bay Rodeo’s Bull & Bash Country Music Festival
Hillsborough County Fairgrounds, Tampa
Two nights of heart-pounding Bull Riding and toe-tapping live Country Music combine for an exhilarating, action-packed event. The best bull riders in the region will be competing for the title and cash prizes in this single event competition. Country music legend

Who would have thought that a spelling bee could be so hilarious? I promise you, this show is pure entertainment from beginning to end, with a great score (William Finn) to go along with the brilliant script (Rachel Sheinkin). 6 charming young contestants vie for victory, approval, and acceptance as they share their secrets and make us all laugh. 10th Anniversary MUSE Awards

SPAA is celebrating 10 years of recognizing community leaders in the arts. This year’s honorees include Beth Morean, La Lucha (Band), The Dali Museum, Stacia Schrader, Tombolo Books, and the Vitale Brothers artists. Festivities will include visual arts installations and demos, live music by James Suggs, Mark Moultrap, Steve Boisen, and Jean Bolduc, and much more – all emceed by the lovely and uber talented Colleen Cherry. Ticket sales close Thursday, so don’t miss it!

T.J. Miller – The Gentle Giant Tour

Over 170 award winning artists from all over the world are showcased this year at Art Festival Beth-El and will, once again, knock your socks off. The festival attracts some 10,00 visitors each year and continues to grow. It’s known as one of the premier arts events in the Southeast. Special shout out to good friend, Frederick “Rootman” Woods – a featured artist at this year ‘s festival, and a Creative Pinellas Professional Artist Grantee.
