Well, it’s a new season and only 162 games to go until the playoffs. The Rays tanked the post-season last year, but hey, they got there, and that’s never easy in MLB. 10th Annual Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival

Head to Clearwater Beach and explore the expansive 21,000-square foot structure that encompasses the Sugar Sand Walk Exhibit. Sixteen professional sand sculptors, who journey from all corners of the globe, work their magic to transform our world-famous sugar sand into breathtaking sculptures.  The festival offers free sand sculpting classes, live music, fireworks, artisans, food vendors and more! Additionally, Pier 60 Park features a Ferris Wheel and amusements for added thrills. Annual Easter Weekend Classic Car Show
Heritage Village, Largo

The Annual Easter Car Show at Heritage Village in Largo, Florida, will have all vehicles displayed through-out the park next to the historic buildings. Explore the 21-acre park and learn a little about Pinellas County’s history while enjoying the beautiful classic cars from 1900’s through today. It’s a family-friendly fun event where you can mingle with friends and enjoy great food, music, and demonstrations.

Seaside Easter Breakfast

Crescent Lake Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt
Huggins-Stengel Field, St. Pete

It’s good old fashioned family fun in the beautiful park setting around Cresent Lake. Games and crafts start at 9:00 am. The Easter egg hunt will begin at 9:30 am for kids ages 4 and under followed by 5 and up. There will be yard games and crafts as well as Untamed Coffee and Mini Donuts from Donut NV for purchase. Feel free to bring blankets and chairs.

Historic Roser Park Tour of Homes

This year’s Roser Park Tour of homes will feature five historic homes including one home used by the Ronald McDonald House which hosts families of children who are hospitalized at the nearby hospital. Two of the homes have never been on a tour of homes before. Also this year, a collaboration with Star Trolley and St. Petersburg Museum of History will make available FREE trolley tours with a docent explaining the history of the neighborhood. The schedule will be posted at the check-in desk. ALSO This year, your tour includes a wine tasting for an additional fee.
