“No one ‘Rocks the Bard’ as hard, as daring, or as relevant as Jobsite and their players,” according to Broadway World. In this joyous, rollicking comedy with music (composed by the amazing, award-winning Jeremy Douglass), a hurricane forces a shipwreck and young Viola believes her twin brother drowned. Determined to survive on her own, she takes on a disguise to explore this mysterious land. Thus begins a whirlwind of mistaken identity and unrequited love. See why no one does the Bard like Jobsite. Directed by David Jenkins

One Slight Hitch by Lewis Black
Early Bird Dinner Theater, Clearwater

Early Bird Dinner Theater is a true live theater gem. The shows are excellent, and the food is really good. I love the whole dinner and a show concept. The play is a romantic comedy that revolves around the wedding day of Courtney, a 30-year-old doctor’s daughter and published writer. Her fiance, Harper is excellent husband material, but the wedding is thwarted by the sudden appearance of her ex, Ryan, a free-spirited slacker (Shades of
The Philadelphia Story). You may know Lewis Black for his stand up and grumpy, yet hilarious rants, but here he takes on the playwright mantle, and ably so. If you haven’t been, give EBDT a try. You’ll love it.
