**Registry Spotlight**

Full disclosure, I write and manage projects for Creative Pinellas, but Arts Annual is a truly magnificent event by the Pinellas County arts advocacy organization. The work they do to support the arts and artists throughout Pinellas deserves to shine in the #RegistrySpotlight

Opening – No Exit by Jean-Paul Sartre
The Off Central, St. Pete

Courtesy of The Off Central

“L’enfer, c’est les autres.” No, it’s not my last Duolingo lesson (I’m on a 90 day streak, BTW, but I digress). It is one of Sartre’s most famous quotes – “Hell is other people.” and you thought it was fire and brimstone. No. Sartre’s existential mind examines what it’s like when three deceased strangers, who led vastly disparate existences in life, are condemned, in the afterlife, to spend eternity together, and to see themselves in the eyes of the others. It’s some fascinating theater at The Off Central.

Thursday, November 9th – November 19th.

It’s BibRave’s #5 “Race of the Decade.” The St. Pete Run Fest’s courses highlight the beauty of downtown St. Pete and its surrounding historic neighborhoods and colorful murals. Enjoy the scenic waterfront and spot the birds, pelicans, and dolphins that call it home. There are multiple runs –  marathons, 10k, 5k, and kids fun run. There are spectator locales, run events, and parties. It’s three days of the best kind of family fun and fitness.

The Family Series at St. Pete Opera is the perfect way to introduce your children to this beautiful and classic artform. It’s fast paced, colorful, funny, and only one hour long. “Captivating scenes and songs highlight the opera’s heartwarming message of the importance of family, friendship, and always telling the truth.” Highly recommend.
