The Dynasty Luxury Group specializes in unique properties like this Snell Isle beauty.
It’s no secret that Tampa Bay’s luxury real estate market is booming. Accomplishing success in this niche market takes a combination of entrepreneurial spirit and creativity — qualities you’ll find in the two women who formed The Dynasty Luxury Group at Coldwell Banker.
Broker Associate Carol Fasick-Joyce and Real Estate Consultant Alexis Logan, Esq created the Dynasty Group to meet the needs of high-net-worth individuals and entities needing the utmost in professional service, discretion and results for all their real estate needs. Designated as Global Luxury Specialists, representing listings over $1 million, the Dynasty Group specializes in luxury residential and waterfront properties, and their clients receive white-glove, VIP concierge-level sales, marketing and buying services. They currently have three multi-million-dollar listings in the exclusive Snell Isle neighborhood in St. Petersburg and are a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Their insights into the luxury market reflect their own experience and deep familiarity with the region.
Carol is from Annapolis, Maryland, a licensed realtor for 23 years and a broker associate for 10. Her love of sailing, tennis and outdoor fun in the sun brought her to St. Petersburg and the Old Northeast neighborhood. As a member of the St Petersburg Yacht Club, Carol is an expert at helping buyers and sellers understand waterfront assets.
“I really enjoy the creative side of real estate development, including residential, commercial and new construction,” says Carol. “The Dynasty Group currently has two of the highest-price new construction waterfront listings in Pinellas County.”
Alexis Logan, Esq., adds a personal passion for the business and an attorney’s perspective to the Dynasty Group. While growing up in Michigan, Alexis worked in her grandmother’s luxury real estate brokerage firm. After attending Michigan State University College of Law, she passed the Florida Bar and practiced law as a litigator in Florida for over a decade. Alexis’s early experience with her grandmother’s firm led her back to a career in luxury real estate, where she continues to strategically negotiate and advocate for her clients.
Alexis is active in her neighborhood association and the Council of Neighborhood Associations and stays in the know about all things proposed and happening in the community that impact residents’ way of life in St. Petersburg.
Carol and Alexis agree that giving back to the community is a priority and are involved in various charities and organizations, including Keep Pinellas Beautiful, The Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts, and Infinity, the league to aid abused children and adults of St. Pete.
What is the secret to the team’s success? “There is no secret,” answers Carol. “It’s a combination of a lot of hard work, perseverance and talent. The world of real estate is constantly evolving, and we try and stay one creative step ahead. We make deals happen. We get the job done while providing our clients with a VIP experience.”
One recent success was their representation of the home pictured above at 1772 Brightwaters Blvd. NE in St. Petersburg. The home was offered for $3,495,000 and went under contract before coming to market on the MLS on Sunday, where its current status is Pending.
“Savvy buyers know Brightwaters Blvd. is an exclusive address and the most coveted street to live on,” explains Carol.
The owners of 1772 Brightwaters created a tropical year-round haven throughout their 3,691-sq-ft home for their visiting multi-generational family.
Inspired by the Riviera, the luxurious retreat was built in 2018 and combines the best of European architecture with the beauty of Florida. The owner, an international designer/curator, filled the home with bespoke vintage pieces collected from around the world. The courtyard has a European-inspired water fountain accented by a brass spigot from Paris, Aegean Sea motif and custom tiles. Travertine surrounds the pool/spa, leading to the detached mother-in-law suite.
The cabana has a wood-burning fireplace and outdoor kitchen. Lush landscaping, distinctive gables and a slate roof complete the exterior.
Designed to entertain, the main home features an open floor plan and soaring 22-ft ceilings with a glamorous marble fireplace in the great room.
The spacious chef’s kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with a stunning marble waterfall island, double oven and professional 48″ gas range.
The owners’ suite features cathedral ceilings accented by decorative beams, intricate wood embellishments and hand-carved doors from India. The sumptuous owners’ bath features a clawfoot soaking tub surrounded by marble vanities, marble floors and marble walls.
