Registry Tampa Bay

A to Z: The Ultimate Luxury Lifestyles List is duPont Registry Tampa Bay‘s annual compendium of the best our region has to offer. Each year we choose a different set of categories and then select businesses that are top-of-the-line in each category. This year: Art to Zinfandel (and everything luxurious in between).

For women’s fashions, the 600 Block of Central Avenue in downtown St. Pete is one sweet serendipity after another. The must-shop spots include MISRED Outfitters  (whose mix of smart selection and moderate prices has been so successful they’ve expanded next door); Cozette’s Boutique (which totally lives up to its slogan, “eclectic elegant fashions with street sense”); White Owl Market (where you can dress up your home as well as yourself); SaltLight Art (hand-crafted jewelry and a warm welcome) — and many, many more.

A few blocks west on Central in St. Pete’s EDGE District, discover a great new addition to the menswear scene, Atlas, where affable co-owners Tony Loeffler and Michael Griffin have assembled a colorful, high-quality assortment of casual clothing that can take you “from the beach to Beach Drive.”

Speaking of which, head down to the corner of Beach Drive and 4th Avenue NE to visit Mermosa Winery & Boutique, perfect for beachwear and a bit of bubbly, and Sartorial, Inc., where the expertly curated men’s collection runs the gamut from shoes to suits to sunglasses.

In Safety Harbor, Seersucker Sassy is a sunny charmer, stocked with flipflops and sundresses in classy designs that work just as well in the office as they do by the pool.

In South Tampa, fashion mavens know to shop at Apropos, a unique boutique with clothing for all occasions, from high-fashion gala to Kentucky Derby bash.

And in the heart of Downtown Tampa, Greiner’s Fine Men’s Clothing has been outfitting local gentlemen since 1981 (and now they’ve expanded to Beverly Hills).
